No Lift Patient Transfer – No Pain

Most caregivers are lifting and twisting their patients when attempting. We used a spring scale to document the force they are exerting in the patient transfer process.  The loads go through the roof with normal manual transfers resulting in the high injury rates reported by the industry.

There is a much better way. We call it the Balance Pivot.  It is a no-lift manual transfer technique that includes a patented transfer plate and 14 techniques that cover most situations caregivers will ever encounter.  Balance Pivot reduces the transfer load by 90% and is safe and easy to perform.
