Momma Don’t Wanna Twist No More

Mothers sometimes become less mobile and may need assistance transferring from the bed to the chair or the chair to the toilet. or many other places to have a somewhat normal life.  It has been a long time since the did the twist and she does not want to do it anymore.  So why are you twisting her when you transfer her.  In a manual transfer you are handling about half the weight the lower body is supporting the other half.
